Natural splendour…

Parks, gardens, squares… Le Mans is particularly rich in green areas. Each of them has an atmosphere that meets different desires: walk along the river, in the forest or in the countryside, etc. not to mention the Arche de la Nature at the city’s doors, a vast 450 hectare preserved and diversified forest clump with remarkable trees, its farm, its bocage areas, its river and its playgrounds for children.

From March to November, events or festivals are organised: bread festival, pig and sheep festival, honey and jam festival, apple and chestnut festival…
